Window Pros Privacy Policy
Window Pros / Window Cleaning Pros LLC respects your privacy and uses personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide, schedule, and support our services.
These practices also apply where our Terms & Conditions and SMS Terms & Conditions refer to this Privacy Policy (including quotes and booking, communications, photos, reviews, and third-party tools).
Information we collect
We may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and information you provide when requesting a quote or booking a service.
That may also include:
- Job details you give us (property type, number of windows, solar panels, or gutters, access notes, condition, and similar scope information)
- The content of emails, calls, texts, or form messages you send us, including Sparkling View Guarantee / touch-up requests
- SMS opt-in or consent status, if you opt in to texts
- Photos or video of the work area if we take before/after images for quality control or marketing (see Photos and marketing below)
- Payment and billing details as needed to invoice you; card payments are typically processed by a payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers on our website
- Technical information reasonably needed to operate and secure the website (for example request logs via our hosting provider)
How we use it
We may use this information to communicate with you regarding quotes, appointments, scheduling changes, technician arrival updates, customer support, and other matters related to services you request or book.
We may also use it to:
- Provide, schedule, staff, and complete the job, and follow up on the Sparkling View Guarantee
- Confirm scope, access, weather delays, and price or scope changes as described in our Terms
- Process payment and keep ordinary business records
- Take and use photos as described below
- Respond to reviews and, when permitted, use anonymized comments as testimonials
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- Comply with law and protect our rights and safety
Photos and marketing
With your permission (or as allowed under our Terms), we may take before/after photos for quality control or marketing. Tell us if you prefer no photos of your property’s exterior or identifying details. We will not use photos that identify you or your home in marketing if you ask us not to.
Communications and your choices
By contacting us or booking, you agree we may communicate with you by phone, email, or text about quotes, scheduling, job status, and similar service messages, subject to this Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms (where SMS is used).
You can opt out of marketing messages as described in those policies. Operational messages tied to a booked job (for example arrival windows, on-the-way texts, or reschedules) may still be necessary.
For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, as explained in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
SMS Privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign. We may share personal information, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help us deliver text messages, such as communications platforms, telecommunications carriers, and vendors involved in message delivery.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us deliver the services you request or book — for example scheduling and estimate tools, email or phone systems, SMS delivery vendors (as described under SMS Privacy), payment processors, and website hosting. Those providers may only use the information as needed to perform their work for us, not for their own marketing.
Our site may also link to third parties (maps, booking tools, review platforms, payment processors). If you use those tools, their own privacy policies apply to what you give them. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Reviews and feedback
Genuine reviews are welcome. If you post a public review, that content is visible to others on that platform. We may respond to public feedback and use anonymized comments as testimonials when permitted.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, follow up on guarantees or support, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Your requests
You may ask us to update, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to tell you what we have, by emailing oliver@getwindowpros.com. We may need to keep some records (for example invoices or a completed job) where the law or our Terms require it. California residents may have additional non-waivable privacy rights under California law; contact us to make a request.
Children
Our website and services are for adults arranging residential cleaning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will change when we do. Continued use of the site or booking after updates means you accept the revised policy, except where the law requires additional notice or consent.
